Accounting and Financials

  • Financial accounting - handles all financial transactions including general ledger, journal entries, intra-company transfers, bank depositing and account  reconciliations and management. Comprehensive pre-loaded chart-of-accounts allows for immediate transaction recording

  • Credit & risk management - monitor accounts receivables, place debtors or sites or jobs on-hold, manage reminders and follow-ups, issue adjustment notes, process change requests and track items not billed yet

  • Integrated tax management - handles periodic BAS reporting and journal posting. Record tax notices and assessments, allocate key taxation events and manage affairs of multiple entities

  • Financial reporting - easy access to key financial reports including separate profit & loss analyzer with in-built KPIs, budget comparison and options for period & entity; report on EBT, EBIT and EBITDA

  • Financial Tools - integrated break-even calculator that can use real-time data or allows manual input; prepare high-level budgets across multiple entities

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Sales opportunity tracking - log all client interactions including automatic event notices; easy access to client history and follow-up actions due

  • Client register - provides a comprehensive overview to all key client items with drill-down access and search options

  • Site register - view a site's key items and drill-down to transactions. Search for sites, move sites to different clients, manage site ratings that can include postcode areas; automatically create external site folders for pictures & files

  • Microsoft Outlook integration - trigger emails from anywhere in PCBx3 Manager, send HTML emails for workflow notices, quotes and invoices

  • CRM KPIs  - real time key performance indicators are integrated into main menu

 

Operations

  • Client request management - track and manage client requests received, batch allocate requests to HRs, automatic integration of workflow status notifications that can be sent to clients via email

  • Quote / cost management - from quote preparation to completion to acceptance, source line-items from inventory, PCB library or previous quotes. Send completed quotes via email in HTML format. Track and manage completed quotes and any follow-ups. Classify quotes for reporting and analysis

  • Service management - handles all aspects of service call routing for one-off or recurring service calls and provides comprehensive tools for contract management including batch processing of contract renewals. Send invoices via email in HTML format

  • Project management - from planning to completion, allocate and manage resources, process variations, monitor milestones and forecasts, invoice options include cost-plus, fixed-price percentages and more

  • Internal Jobs - quick access to all internal quotes, jobs and projects

  • Operations KPIs  - real time key performance indicators are integrated into main menu

 

Human Resources Management

  • HR Register - create new or manage human resources including GST entities

  • HR Loans & Purchases - monitor loan advances given and repayments made, track purchases paid for by HRs and reimburse via payroll

  • HR Payroll - process weekly payroll obligations for employees, semi-contractors and GST entities; authorize uploaded external PCBx3 TimeSave timesheet transactions

  • HR Superannuation - batch process superannuation obligations by fund or specific HR and automatically post corresponding journal entries. Provides administrative functions for fund members, account IDs and more.

  • PCBx3 TimeSave Interface - fully integrated external Microsoft Excel based timesheet system provides upload and download capabilities

  • Issue Timesheets - handles paper-based timesheets and electronic PCBx3 TimeSave timesheets that can be send via email

  • Meeting, training & event management - manage vital meetings & trainings including intended attendees and actual attendances. Keep track of key OH&S trainings and others

  • PCB Library integration - make use of key HRM related library topics for easy access, compilation of policies and OH&S lists that can be referenced to external files and folders

 

Marketing & Promotions

  • Marketing campaigns management - create and maintain marketing campaigns, allocate promotional items from the inventory or PCB Library and preset discounts offered; include sales scripts that can be accessed by CRM call logs

  • Sales promotion management - provides a one-page overview of all current marketing campaigns and products on promotion

  • PCB Library integration - make use of Marketing library topics for easy access, compilation of policies, notes on competitors and more; entries can be referenced to external files and folders

 

Task Manager & Calendar

  • Integrated task management - provides a unique foldable one-page interface that can show tasks spanning 10 years

  • Link tasks - allows the linking of tasks from anywhere to business functions, client related items and external references; delegate tasks to HRs

  • View tasks in calendar - all tasks created can be viewed in Task Manager or PCB Calendar
